Share your travel map
Share your travel map with a single link
Every YouVisited traveller gets a beautiful travel profile at their own address — youvisited.uk/@yourname. Send it to friends, add it to your social bio, or keep it completely private. You're always in control.
What's on your travel profile
- Your interactive travel map, with visited countries and city pins.
- Headline numbers: countries, percentage of the world, continents, cities and trips.
- A breakdown of countries visited on each continent.
- The achievements you've unlocked, from First Country upwards.
- Recent trips and selected memories with photos — only the ones you've made visible.
Looks great wherever you share it
Share buttons on your profile let you copy the link or send it straight to WhatsApp or Facebook, and on phones you can use your device's own share menu. When someone pastes your link into a chat, it shows a branded preview card with your name and travel totals — so people know what they're about to open.
Visitors without an account can explore your public map, and if it inspires them, create their own in a couple of minutes.
Privacy you can rely on
Choose who can see your profile, and change it whenever you like. The change applies immediately.
Public
Anyone with the link can see your map and statistics. Public profiles with at least one visited place may appear in search engines.
Friends only
Only people you've accepted as friends can see your map. Everyone else sees just your name and photo.
Only me
Your travel history is visible to you alone.
Trips and journal entries have their own settings on top, and the stricter setting always wins: a public trip on a friends-only profile is only visible to friends. Link previews and search engines only ever see what an anonymous visitor could see — and your wishlist is never shown to anyone but you.
Friends, follow-ups and comparisons
Signed-in visitors can send you a friend request from your profile and compare their travels with yours — countries in common, places unique to each of you and your travel statistics side by side. Friends can invite each other to shared trips.
Your data stays yours
You can download everything you've stored in YouVisited as a file from Settings at any time, and deleting your account removes your profile, visits, trips you own, memories and photos.

Frequently asked questions
What's the link to my travel profile?
It's youvisited.uk/@ followed by your username — for example youvisited.uk/@samlee. You choose your username when you sign up and can change it in Settings.
Can I keep my travel map private?
Yes. Set your profile to friends only or to only you. Other people then see just your name and photo, and your profile is never shown to search engines.
Is my bucket list shown on my profile?
No. Your wishlist only appears on your own map. Your profile shows places you've visited, plus any trips and memories you've made public.
Will my profile appear in Google?
Only if it's public and has at least one visited place on it. Friends-only and private profiles are never included in search results or the sitemap.
