Travel statistics tracker
Your travel statistics, always up to date
How many countries have you visited? What percentage of the world have you seen? Which city do you keep going back to? YouVisited answers all of it — automatically, from the places on your travel map.
The numbers you'll see
- Countries visited, and your percentage of the world's 197 countries.
- Continents visited out of seven, with a progress bar for each — so you know exactly how much of Asia is left.
- Cities visited, total trips and total recorded visits.
- Your most-visited countries and cities, ranked by number of visits.
- Your first recorded trip and your latest one.
- Countries visited per year, as a chart of your travel history.
Honest numbers, by design
Travel statistics are only meaningful if they're accurate, so YouVisited counts confirmed visits and nothing else. A country on a trip you're planning doesn't count until you've been. A country on your bucket list never counts. And joining a friend's shared trip doesn't tick anything off for you — you confirm your own visits.
Edit or delete a visit and everything recalculates immediately: totals, percentages, rankings and achievements.

It's a great way to find your next destination. If a friend has been somewhere you haven't, you know who to ask for tips.

Frequently asked questions
How is my percentage of the world calculated?
It's the number of countries you've visited out of 197: the 193 UN member states plus Vatican City, Palestine, Kosovo and Taiwan. Territories such as Greenland are tracked but don't change the percentage.
Do planned trips or wishlist places affect my statistics?
No. Statistics only use visits you've confirmed. Trip destinations count once you confirm you went, and wishlist places never count.
What happens if I delete a visit?
Your statistics recalculate straight away, and any achievement that no longer applies is removed, so your numbers always match your map.
Can I compare my travel statistics with friends?
Yes. Open a friend's profile and choose Compare to see countries you've both visited, those unique to each of you, cities in common and your totals side by side.
